- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are starting prices. Depending on the garments full scope the prices can increase or sometimes decrease. Material fees, trim fees, tax, etc. all impact the final price. All my sewing classes booking and lessons happen through my online virtual sewing school. Pricing is fixed and discount codes may be applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any of the services you need to book online. I do not discuss too much of what needs to be done via text, after you book through my booking link, we will hop on a call before scheduling you to come in for measurements and documentation. For all alterations once you book that service you will be emailed directions to the location so we can assess the product in need more directly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at LATTC for Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising. I've also worked as a fashion instructor for not on TK-9th grade levels, I also coached adults in previous positions and companies.
