Sharon was amazing! I'm glad I called her prior because the accountant I sat down with told me I wasn't able to do something Sharon mentioned I could!I called her back and decided to go with her & even though it was past her working hours she still took the time out of her evening to sit down with me, answer my questions, & even skipped breaks to help me with my situation!Everything got done twice as fast as I anticipated thanks to her going the extra mile for me & she saved me a lot more money than if I went with the other tax professional I spoke with.More than her professionalism and ability to save me and my business on my taxes, Sharon is personable and a pleasure to work with. If i could give 0 stars I would. They are a SCAM. I was robbed they charged me nearly 2,000 dollars for them to prepare my taxes. I was not made aware prior to picking up my check. I absolutely would not recommend using 1st class. SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!

She's ghetto and very unprofessional, her demeanor is nasty she tries to act like she's nice but she's not. She's very, very unprofessional she couldn't last a day in a corporate business professional setting...maybe she's use to dealing with hood people because she needs to take a course on professionalism and how to talk to people I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
