- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s always good to get 2 prices to compare unless we are recommended then at that point you must want a good job not caring about price We do have senior discounts / 10% off and we have coupons
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always try to be in communication making sure they have a call back number just I cause they have questions and to be there if they do need anything .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done this type of work since I can remember I also worked with arborist so I know alor a lot about trees .
