- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the amount of work and the level of dirt on the furniture or space. We also offer a 10% discount for loyal customers who book with us more than three times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple and stress-free. We start by asking what areas need the most attention, then give a clear quote before we begin. On the day of the cleaning, we arrive on time, walk through the space together, and make sure we understand your expectations. After we’re done, we do a quick final check with you to be sure everything looks perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have real hands-on experience in the cleaning industry. Before starting our own company, we spent years working in professional cleaning, learning the best techniques, products, and standards. That experience helped us build our business with the same quality, attention to detail, and reliability we learned on the job.
