FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices here are base prices and may change. Things that can modify the price are: if the job is on location or remote. Also, for Translating services, the price per page is an approximation to our price per word ($0.12) and our on-location interpreting services are billed hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to evaluate the scope of the project before giving an estimate. A good interview before starting the job is critical for its success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a filmmaker with +12 years of experience. I studied Graphic Design as part of my Audiovisual Communications MA. I was born and raised in Spain to a Cuban-American mother, so I've been bilingual for as long as I can remember and my first interpreting job was when I was 16. Ever since I've specialized in bilingual / multicultural content creation / adaptation.
