Efrain came to our rescue on a Sunday morning.
We had just fully moved into our new house the previous weekend and last night (a Saturday) our plumbing backed up.
We posted our problem on Thumbtack on Saturday evening and Efrain came through with the best bid to do a camera inspection and availability to help us out the following morning on a Sunday.
Efrain showed up on time, snaked the line, and did a camera inspection, all for the same cost of the original bid. He walked us through his recommendations for a service plan, putting our worst fears about multi-thousand dollar repairs at rest.
Efrain even noted on our receipt that if we decide to move forward with him for the recommended repair, he'd credit the cost of today's visit toward that repair cost.
We highly recommend him for his professionalism, courtesy, and customer service.

Efrian was amazing!! I reached out on a Sunday as we had a main pipe break on Saturday and we were without water. He responded in less than 10 minutes and said he would be to my house in 40 minutes to provide me with an estimate. When he arrived he found the source right away and went through the entire repair process. His repair estimate was priced reasonably and I hired him for the repair. He did an amazing job and I am going to hire him for any other future plumbing jobs!! Thank you Efrian for all you hard work!!

Efrain is a licensed Master Plumber, which speaks volumes. He originally came out to snake my main sewer line - it was shot from root penetration. Efrain did a thorough check of the line, presented me with options, explained the pros and cons of each and made a recommendation. He and his Foreman Rafael arrived on time each day, worked the weekend to expedite completion and demonstrated the professionalism too often lacking today. I will hire them again and I have already encouraged family members to do the same. I am a certified Project Manager with very high expectations - Blue Streak Plumbing & Rooter exceeded them! First I listen to the customer.Then I ask questions. I never rush a customer it’s already overwhelming to have any plumbing issue.
