JEC plumbing guys did a good job. They responded to messages very quickly. Scheduled appointment within 24 hours. They were on time for our appointment. Came out on a Saturday of a 3 day holiday weekend. They did the job well, however they did increase the price from original estimate once they came out. It wasn’t much, $10 extra but not sure it was warranted. I’m not a plumber so I can’t say if this extra expense was needed but I also don’t agree that price gets upped in the middle of work for “extra wax”. It seemed excessive, however they were nice enough and were here on a Saturday of a long weekend so $10 didn’t feel like something I wanted to haggle over. Toilet works well so far, no leaks as of now. Overall good experience. Would consider hiring them again, but will confirm price once they come and look at the job.

The crew did a great job from the very beginning starting with the estimate for my mom that I was collecting for her, which was based on a proper calculation of time plus materials, all the way to the completion of the job. They were punctual, professional, the price was fair and they finished a large job in half day. I received three estimates and it was clear to me I should hire this team. I have plans to use them again for another plumbing project at my house next week.

Jesus and Jonathan removed and replaced two bathroom sinks and two faucets, extremely well. We are extremely satisfied with the work and the results and will happily use them again next time we need plumbing service. Highly recommend that you use these guys.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regular faucet or toilet installation costs $140 from us. If there are more steps in the installation, we would adjust our costs. The replacement costs the same, but we have to charge $30 to have the old toilet removed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak over the phone with a client to discuss the project and the desired price. Next, we schedule a time and date that works for the client. We then start working at the job site and make sure it's tidy and clean when we're done. When the job is finished, we leave the client with the invoice upon request and ensure that they are happy with our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we are currently pursuing our plumbing license, we have several years of plumbing experience. Although it takes time, we are currently available to help with any plumbing-related questions or issues you may have.
