James was the best. First, he texted with me in advance of my buying a reverse osmosis machine, which was incredibly helpful for my planning. He also addressed each of my concerns in advance including how he would drill through my quartz countertop and how he would install the connection from the RO machine to my refrigerator (which is located across the kitchen from my sink and required him to go through a crawl space to make everything work). He then stayed with me after installation to help me log into the app and explain all next steps as to how I can best use the machine. I could not recommend him more highly.

Great job on replacement of 1" copper water supply line and installing Moen Flo Smart Monitor and Shutoff Valve and setup of same. Complex plumbing job in a very limited space was completed perfectly on time and on a very short notice.

There’s multiple factors that go into the price of a project. The contractor has to take into consideration the labor hours, material costs, travel time, and equipment costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After finding out what the customers needs are I will answer any questions they may have, and provide them with an explanation of the work. After we explore the process and any options, we can go over pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 5 year state approved apprenticeship program to obtain my plumbing and gas fitting license. I now have 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
