John was amazing to work with! We had an existing water heater that did not meet code, and had a lot of safety issues left behind by the original owner. John patiently answered all our questions and made sure to point out safety issues. He did an incredible job adding everything we needed for our existing heater, including having the exhaust pipe go through our roof as we requested. He was very professional, thoughtful, and you can tell he is proud of doing good work. We would definitely recommend John and Water Heater Pros for all water heater needs. Thanks John!

Our water heater went out on Wednesday night. John came and checked it out on Thursday night and he made sure that we had hot water the next day. John is a very hard worker, responded quickly and installed a new tankless water heater. He also finished hard task of removing old water heater from the attic.
