I can’t say enough about these professionals. They called to let me know they were on their way. I had a complicated task for them. They could have just left, but they removed the obstacle, put it back, moved a washer/dryer new and old from the garage to the 3rd floor visa-versa and installed the unit at a fair price. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are base on the market and they fluctuate from place to place it all depends on the factors that are in place say is location, dellivery, availability, transportation and manufacturer fees.
Altough we always try to match budgets and help out the customer with affordable prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends in the job size if the job is bigg we approach to do an estimate and the furthermore send via email a proposal for the job desired and work from there either the cusomer have a budget or working eith interior designers. Otherwise if the job is something kid of small lije moving an appliance or hanging picture frames we go with the hourly fare/charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been in scool for electricians, plumbing and framming also i have education on osha procedures, training in forklift certification and i have more than 700 hours of work in the field
