Joel and company immediately impressed me when I scheduled a consultation and estimate for a bathroom-remodeling project at my condo. Joel was on time and professional. His first estimate in the proposal for the renovations was very fair and clear, which gave me confidence this was a General Contractor I could trust. Each phase of the project moved forward as scheduled and completed by the date proposed. Joel was also excellent with responding to phone calls and email and providing updates throughout the project as needed. Would definitely use Joel and Company Construction again and recommend them to my friends.

I talked to about 5 different contractors, and I'm so glad I found Joel & Co. construction. First impression was great people to talked to. I was so happy and impressed with the outcome of my whole house renovation. Finished on time as promised. They gave me great ideas on my project and the final result was amazing. What types of customers have you worked with?
We work on both residential and commercial construction projects. The most common projects for us would be room additions, kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling. The reason why ?! These types of projects are completed in just a few weeks. Since we've done many remodels and room additions, we have it done to a science, by the time we are done with one we have two waiting for to start on. The cycle continues.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Here are a couple of tips when hiring a construction company to renovate or build your home. Check to status of their license, make sure they are insured, Check the BBB and see what others have experienced with that company, and always ask for references.
