Introduction: Hi! My name is Claudia, and I am a Highly experienced Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Transformational Life Coach. My services include private & group yoga classes, one-on-one coaching and group coaching, workshops, events, retreats, trainings, and programs.
I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 17 years. I teach a variety of styles to students of all ages and diverse needs from beginner to advanced. I happily craft classes that meet your personal needs. We'll work on posture alignment, creative variations, and I can help you develop a balanced home practice.
