Introduction
I provide private, semi private & group yoga sessions. I take a Holistic approach with my clients because everyone’s journey is completely unique along with their goals and needs. Working with both YING & YANG aspects of wellness; i offer from Intense power yoga workout classes to the yin approach of relaxation bodywork with reiki and cupping. I also dedicatedly focus on each students alignment adjustments in order to receive the most benefits out of our practice together :)

It was my first experience with raki. I was having some pain in my lower back for a while at the time. After our session it was safe to say my pain was gone.She was very professional though out the whole process.She also made it a point to guide me through the process and let me know how it would feel beforehand.

Camila is an amazing teacher and healer, overall a great person.
She is in tune with her body, soul and mind. Well balanced and knows how to connect with any person on a deep interpersonal level.
