Lisa led a wonderful restorative class with a thoughtful sequence of poses with props that were deeply relaxing and worked at a deep tissue level, opening up my body in a way that left me feeling profoundly relaxed. Combined with the nourishing music & dim colored lighting, it was a truly rejuvenating experience. I felt layers of tension melt away, and I can’t wait to return for more sessions!
