Certified in Children’s Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Yin, Restorative, and personal training. I have a beautiful home studio in the Palms/Culver City neighborhood, discounts offered for clients that travel to me. Also available for parties and wellness events! I’m a dedicated personal trainer and yogi! I specialize in 30 minute virtual circuit training, vinyasa flow, family yoga, kids yoga, yoga sculpt and restorative yoga with guided meditation.
