Had the chance of taking a yin yoga class with Blissful and it was so worth it. As a somewhat beginner in yoga he was able to accommodate me with poses that eased me in but he was also knowledgeable enough to suggest alternative options for me to make sure I got the most out of my session. I left the class feeling relaxed and motivated to keep exploring even more yoga. I’ll definitely be booking another session soon!

i had an amazing yoga practice with Blis. I especially enjoyed the flow & postures, breath work and adjustments to my skill level. High recommend for new and experienced yogis.

My doctor recommended I started doing yoga to help with my lower back problems, I tried a few studios but the amount of one on one assistance wasn’t there. I really enjoy yoga with Blis as he not only is great at explaining and demonstrating, he’s very knowledgeable and professional when assisting with poses. He really helps to guide me into the pose deeper which is something I need at my age. Great job Blis! See you when I’m back in town!
