I am always taking training. I love to be up to date with the latest developments to provide my clients the safest workot!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I teach private lessons as well as group lessons. In a private session we basically set goals together and then I design a specific routine that will take you to your goal in the safest and fastest way pssible.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Yoga is available to all! that is the beauty of it. You dont have to be flexible, or fit or anything to enjoy a yoga class and receive benefits from the practice. The moment you can connect to yourself, the practice starts. And you will always reach your "maximum potential", not anyone else's potential. So love yourself and accept who you are.
