Veronica Vinyasa

I left my full-time job in media to devote myself fully to yoga and to helping others experience its transformative power, whether that be physically, emotionally, spiritually - or all the above. In our sessions, I bring a warm, supportive energy and tailor each class to your unique needs, whether you’re brand new to yoga or deepening an existing practice. And while yoga has truly changed my life, I feel there is always room for fun. My sessions speak to both the power of the practice, as well as incorporating some playfulness. It doesn't need to be too serious :) If you’re looking for a personalized practice that supports your goals on and off the mat, I’d love to work with you.
