Well, the new bed was dumped in our driveway by the shipper
3 days early and without warning, or knocking on the door and
It was too heavy to move, and rain was coming! Not happy wtih the shipping company.
So I called up Armando and he shuffled his schedule and came out within 2 hours, 3 days early without warning.
He did a great job. A professional job and he's very friendly.
We had a bit of a problem with getting the split king to pair the remotes separately and he powered through that, crawling under the bed to push a blue botton and to remove the cable.
The directions were confusing and he powered through it,
until everything was perfect.
My wife is disabled I'm approaching it, and Armando was a lifesaver for my wife with the assembly and haul off for a bed my wife needed for health reasons.
I couldn't be more pleased with choosing Armando.
