Max diagnosed the problem and determined it was not dangerous. Then said what he had to order, when he would receive the parts, how much it would cost and when the job would be completed

Thorough, Honest, and Excellent Service
I had an excellent experience with Appliance Repairman Bay Area. Another company had spent about 10 minutes looking at my dishwasher and told me the pump needed replacing. This technician took the time to investigate thoroughly and find the actual problem.
He found standing water in the bottom pan, removed it, and got the dishwasher working again—no pump replacement needed. I really appreciated his careful troubleshooting and honest service.
I was so pleased that I gave him an extra 20% as a tip. Highly recommended!
