Sergei showed up about 30 mins after my inquiry on a Saturday.
He diagnosed the issue in detail and recommended that my refrigerator be replaced rather than repaired as the repair would be more expensive than replacement.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed that the evaporator motor on a SubZero freezer needed replacement and installed the new one, completing the job within 45 minutes of arrival.
