Vincent from Happy Again Appliance Service called promptly and arranged to come within a few hours. When Vincent arrived, he was able to determine the cause of problem in a matter of minutes. Vincent had asked for the make and model of my washer when we set up the appointment over the phone, so he came prepared with replacement parts and was able to do the repair very quickly and efficiently. Vincent was quite friendly and personable, I enjoyed chatting with him as well. Iâ d certainly look him up again if I ever need another appliance looked at again.
