I went to college to learn about customer service, admin, receptionist and secretarial skills because I love to help customers and I am good at what I do. I am very attentive to people's needs.

Data entry, order processing, answering phone calls, preparing bids.

I put together a customer database for a company. It included telephone numbers, addresses, contacts and I researched and put together a bio for each customer.
