We recently experienced an issue with our AC unit, and Amir from Cen-Cal came out to look at it. After I described the symptoms, he instantly diagnosed the problem. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain that a failed capacitor was the culprit. Within about 20 minutes, he had the part replaced and the system up and running perfectly. What a wonderful experience, JJ contacted me immediately by text message after he read my request for help with installation of my dryer duct work. He made room for me between other obligations and without hesitation, he had solved my needs. After he left I had another question and 1/2 hour later, he showed up again and helped me with something that wasn’t even in the original contract. Can’t thank him enough. Thanks JJ.
