We hired Oro Coast Builders for a full bathroom remodel and new flooring throughout our living room and kitchen areas. To be honest, it was daunting to find a contractor that would be able to complete high quality work in a timely manner. We could not have been more thrilled (and relieved!) to find Oro Coast Builders. Our project manager and foreman were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, and friendly.
Our project manager, Ben, advised us on where to shop and even came with us to help make some of the tougher decisions. We got some fantastic deals on tiles, vanity, flooring, etc. and were able to design a gorgeous and functional bathroom with their help. Throughout the process, they were in constant communication with us and made sure we were involved during every phase. When it came to finishes, they spent extra time to make sure everything was perfect. The Oro Coast Builders team are very proactive, making sure the project stays on track and completed in a timely manner. Also, they were very diligent in keeping their work area clean and tidy, which was quite impressive.
We could not be happier with the finished results of our bathroom and new wood floor! The whole process was more fun than stressful - thanks to a great team! We highly recommend Oro Coast Builders for any remodeling needs.

Working with Oro Coast Builders was a pleasure. Our project manager was very friendly, straight-forward, and knowledgeable. The whole team we worked with was great. They were communicative, timely, personable, and professional. Oro Coast wasn't too-too expensive (considering our extensive remodel goals). We were highly satisfied with their work and with the whole process in general - all the sub-trade brought in provided great work as well. Were there issues along the way? Sure, there always is. But the team tackled them as they came and kept me at ease. We would recommend Oro Coast Builders to anyone looking for a major house addition like we did - from start to finish.

Review:
My home has a wrap around deck that needed to be replaced for quite some time. Searching for a quality company was not easy, until I came across Oro Coast Builders. They were reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, and had great customer service. The workers were very skillful and detail oriented. My deck was finished on time and turned out beautifully. Our project manager always kept my husbabd and I updated with progress and what was happening next. I'm blown away by the finished product and look forward to our next project outcome!

I hired Oro Coast Builders to do some remodeling work in both our bathrooms (create a master bathroom and extend our other bathroom). In all honestly, I couldn't be happier with my decision. As construction started in the middle of the pandemic and lockdown, I was worried my project would be significantly impacted. To my surprise, my bathrooms were completed in a very reasonable timeframe. The Oro Coast Builders team rolled with the punches and adjusted scheduling as necessary to keep my remodel on track. I'm so appreciative of our project coordinator for his responsiveness and attention to detail, despite all the uncertainty at the time. Any issues that arose, he handled promptly and professionally. The work crew was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. My bathrooms look amazing! I'm so thrilled to have chosen Oro Coast Builders to work on my little historic home!

We had a wonderful experience with Oro Coast Builders. We started our project with design in April 2019 and moved into our newly remodeled home in January 2020. My husband and I had been stuck on a design concept for years, which prevented us from starting any renovations. However, meeting the team at Oro Coast Builders really put us at ease. The designer came in and made fantastic suggestions. Our project manager facilitated a very scheduled and structured work environment where everyone was on the same page and benchmarks were completed on time. We did make several changes throughout the project, and they were flexible and helped to make sure we stayed within our budget. Every person that worked on our house was polite and professional. They used quality materials and focused on making sure we were happy with every element. We had a wonderful experience working with Oro Coast Builders. We are extremely happy with our beautiful new living space!
