FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, access, and existing site conditions. I provide a clear estimate before work begins. A minimum service charge may apply to smaller projects and will always be confirmed in advance. Discounts may be available when several tasks are completed during the same visit or for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review the project description, photos, approximate dimensions, location, and preferred schedule. Some projects can be estimated from the provided information, while larger or more complex work may require an onsite evaluation. Once the scope and price are approved, I schedule the work, protect the surrounding area, complete the project, clean the workspace, and perform a final walkthrough with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Construction, more than 15 years of hands-on construction experience, a California B General Building Contractor license, and a California C-10 Electrical Contractor license.
