Kevin came on time and was very careful in his analysis. He walked me through the problem and explained my options. He also went back and got the part and fixed everything on same day. Appreciate the help and now I dont have to worry about home being a furnace

North Breeze did a great job. They arrived when they said they would. He promptly diagnosed the issue and needed part. He had to order it. He put everything back together and said he’d be back in a few days. He kept us posted on part replacement status. He arrived to replace part and did that quickly. He checked further to find root cause and cleaned out a clogged hose. After getting refrigerator back together, he spent some time listening to our problem with the dishwasher. He helped to get it running better too. We really appreciate his insight and knowledge in the appliances. He was friendly and easy to work with. We’ll call him next time we need appliance repair.

Kevin did a great job for me. He showed up early, figured out the problem with my heater quickly, fixed it, and then explained things I could do next time to forestall a service call. Would definitely use him again.
