What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we're going to do coaching together, I sometimes start by doing an astrological reading on their natal chart. This gives me a picture of the person that they may not know about themselves. For people who are interested in career coaching, this can be a big eye opener. At the least, I'll gain insight into the person and have a great springboard for our conversation. After I know a little about the person, the discussing of their goals with coaching is the next step. From there we can discover what obstacles are standing in the way of their ultimate goals.
If I'm only doing healing work or hypnotherapy, we would start out talking and getting to know each other. Then we'd discuss the reason for the visit to give me an opportunity on how to proceed with the session. If you haven't done hypnotherapy before, I'll talk about the process and then give you a taste of what it's like and give you a recording to take home to practice.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
For coaching, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months are the ideal durations. Pricing will change depending on the duration, and the longer the duration, the greater the discount when paid for up front.
I prefer to work a minimum of 3 sessions when doing hypnotherapy. Depending on the needs of the client, I might discuss doing a greater number of sessions and provide a session discount for doing so.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It may soon a bit woo-woo, but... the universe decided for me. I had worked in tech for a really long time and it had some really enjoyable moments, especially redesigning the one.org web site and Yahoo! for Good. But I didn't have a one-to-one impact in people's lives. In fact, I never had the feeling that I was making a positive difference in the world. Then a series of very interesting synchronicities occurred that led me to meet certain people who taught me things that created the light bulb going off in my head. Many classes, workshops and conferences later, here I am.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with a large gamut of people from ages 14 thru 78, male and female, for different reasons. I've worked with substance abuse, anxiety, weight control, and many physical ailments from digestive problems and chronic pain to fatigue and fertility challenges. I also really enjoy working with people for spiritual exploration and development and teach classes in that regard.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm working with a lady who was recommended by someone I barely knew who had a feeling that I would be the right person to help her friend with some emotional challenges. I had met this lady before but didn't really know her. After two sessions with her, I received an email from the person who recommended her saying how incredibly pleased both of them were because apparently she's not very trusting of people and she was able to completely open up with me and her healing was tremendous and successful. We worked for two sessions and were able to help her with a very difficult issue in her life. She told me her perspective completely changed toward the challenge she was experiencing. I know that sounds vague, but I have client confidentiality to adhere to.
