That means evaluating how pricing strategy, preparation, and negotiation can deliver a higher final result—often far outweighing any difference in fees. For clients utilizing our concierge services through Davenport Concierge, many preparation costs can be strategically managed and, in some cases, deferred until closing, allowing for improvements that drive value without upfront burden. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 25 years of combined real estate and investment experience, supported by both formal education and advanced industry designations. I hold a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University. I am also an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), reflecting advanced expertise in valuation, land use, and investment strategy. In addition to my real estate background, I served as a high-tech executive working with several U.S. and international Fortune 50 firms. This experience strengthened my expertise in financial analysis, large-scale operations, and strategic decision-making—skills I now apply directly to real estate advisory, portfolio growth, and complex transactions. This combination of education, executive leadership, and real-world experience allows me to guide clients with a highly strategic, data-driven approach—focused on optimizing property value and aligning decisions with long-term financial goals.
