Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work. For real estate sales, we offer full-service representation with professional marketing, staging, and negotiation — all built into our commission. For construction or property prep, we’ll walk you through a detailed scope and estimate before we begin. No surprises, no hidden fees — just honest work and clear expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your needs, goals, and timeline. Whether you’re buying, selling, or revitalizing a property, we’ll map out a plan and guide you through each step — from pricing strategy and marketing to inspections and closing. Our goal is to make the process seamless, efficient, and low-stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a licensed real estate agent in California since 2000 and have completed hundreds of successful transactions. I’m also co-owner of a licensed construction company, Done Right Developers, which allows me to bring a deep understanding of property condition, value-add improvements, and building codes into every consultation.
