Trying to purchase a home in 2017 is no easy task, which is why I am so grateful to Robert and Gary for all their hard work to get us into our dream home. They handled everything A to Z, providing detailed financial analysis as well as a winning strategy for getting our offer accepted in a crazy, multiple-offer environment. Robert was there for us at every turn, even taking my callls late at night or in the wee hours of the morning, understanding how important it was that we moved quickly and with purpose. I have worked with Robert to buy two properties, both have more than doubled in value. What sets Robert apart from others, is his attention to detail, network of homes, extensive knowledge of the market, quality service, and his ability to educate and coach his clients on all the variables involved. When we were buying our first property, all realtors were telling us to buy and it’s a great time. Robert was the only one who educated us on the time of the market, it’s still a seller’s market, but the market is about to shift. He told us to wait another 6-12 months and we did. It turned out to be a great call, as the market took a shift and became a buyer’s market. We were able to buy a great home (which did need some work), good schools and currently 2X in value today. Years later, we were about to invest in a heavy remodel project of our home, and Robert suggested an option. Think about a small cost-effective remodel option and invest in a second home as the market shifted again to a buyer’s market. The second home would be in an area with excellent schools for my kids, excellent resell value, and a larger home for my family. We currently love our second home, love the schools, and this one has 2X+ in value and climbing. I highly recommend Robert! -David & Gaby

Robert was my buyer agent for two homes I purchased in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County, California. In both times, Robert demonstrated a good sense of care, prompt responsiveness, excellent knowledge and great negotiation skills. Robert was able to guided me to go through many details of houses we went through, and gave me advice on aspects like surrounding area, house investment tips, area trends, and about 30~40% of time he is familiar the listing agent and can share with me his/her negotiation style. The first time the home buying process took a few months, while Robert was the top agent around the area and is receiving many new client requests, he took good care of me. He spent a good amount of time showing me the tours to homes on and off the market. In addition to the care and expertise, I was really impressed by the market acumen he has shown during both purchases. During both purchase, there were one time that I was really close to win the bidding, and one time that I finally win. Out of these 4 times, Robert's predicting sale price was very close to the actual one, regardless whether I win the bid or not. When I did not win the bid, he was patent and encourage me that we will look for the next one. In both purchases, near the end of bidding, there were final negotiations. Robert stand behind me and negotiate hard with the other side. In the first purchase, I was about to offer price way higher than he recommended, he insisted me try offer the price he suggested and we finally won the bid. On the second purchase after we made the offer, the seller said to use that if we increase the price by 10K, the home will be us. Then we decided we could go with allowing 10K increase, but Robert finally got the deal sealed with just 5K more and saves 5K for us. These two negotiations was when I really believe Robert put his client's interest ahead of his interest.
