With over 14 years of experience in healthcare administration, legal case management, insurance advocacy, and document preparation, I started Luminary Advocacy & Support Services for one reason: most people don't know what they're entitled to, and they deserve someone in their corner who does.
I help everyday people navigate the systems that feel impossible: denied insurance claims, demand letters, resume rewrites that actually get callbacks, IEP and school advocacy letters, creditor responses, and life admin that has piled up and feels overwhelming.
I don't give generic advice. I read everything, ask the right questions, and deliver something you can actually use. My clients have gotten interviews after 8 months of silence, recovered denied benefits, and gotten their children the school services they were always owed.
