I had an appointment set for 2pm on the 16th. Mid morning I get a message from the tech that says, not available. It was from the night before but the website still said I had an appointment. Tech said he sent it right away. I did not get his cancellation in time to contact anyone else. I don’t blame the tech. I blame their automated system. He tried to cancel it and I took a screenshot showing him it was still showing I had an appointment. I’m going through another weekend with no working washing machine. I received nothing from the company, no word. I cannot recommend an impersonal and unreliable company.

I was the tech and message Diane. I believe the one star review was for the Thumbtack platform not for me the Tech. I know this due to our chat back and forth. She was very understanding about the whole situation and then I get this review. I am very reliable and always respond quickly so this does not happen.
