I would highly recommend Green Home Solutions for Mold Inspection! They have excellent customer service, clear communication and high standards of professionalism! They even offer a one year warranty for their service!It was a stressful time for both me as a Listing Agent and the Seller who discovered possible mold issues at the Home Inspection just right before Christmas. We were referred by a trusted source to Green Home Solutions. John Ellender, the project manager, reached out to me by phone. Knowing the urgency, John walked me through the Mold Inspection process on 12/21 and got us the appointment on 12/22 just right before Christmas. He then emailed me Proposal immediately. He then spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with me and answered my questions with understanding, patience and kindness, and promised to deliver the report immediately after Christmas. I never felt rushed on the phone, and John covered all bases as he explained the Proposal to me. The report came in 12/26 as promised. On 12/27, I was on the phone with John again to ask for advice in reading and understanding the report. John was very helpful and courteous to spend another 52 minutes on the phone to help me understand the different types of molds, their nature and the methods of remediation and treatment. It was the holidays and I couldnt be more thankful for him to be so generous with his time! Our Mold Remediation was scheduled on 1/3/24. It was completed on schedule. Both seller and buyer were very pleased with the communication and the process. John had assured us that the Chemicals used are plant based and is friendly to pets and humans. Thank you to Green Home Solutions as our buyer not only did not cancel on us but was happy with the remediation knowing that her pets will be safe!I cannot be more grateful for John for his immense help during this stressful time. It was an unexpected and prolonged escrow that overlapped Christmas and New Year with complications from Mold Issues. But John helped to navigate us through these difficult time with focus and clarity, and offered possible hypotheses to identify the sources of moisture intrusions with the photos. The transaction party was assured with clear instructions every step of the way. There was never a time when John did not return my calls. I was glad I could go to him as a resource directly, and not to any office operator who would transfer me and put me on hold forever. He also explained everything in laymans terms so its easy to understand. This experience is so positive! I would definitely use Green Home Solutions again for Mold Issues!

Don and his team are top notch! Each time I call I get a real person, not a machine and I get solutions! Don has also assisted other friends that have had nothing but praises for him. I'll continue to recommend and use Don. Great company for improving the quality of life at home and his prices are really great!

Dave was my mold inspector & he was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, professional, & really about helping people rather than getting paid! 5 Stars right there.He was very thorough he also explained any areas of concern. He showed me places I didnt even know had mold, he did a thorough evaluation of our whole home.I called around a few other places before finding this one regarding quotes, & they are definitely the best priced by far!I would highly recommend 10/10
