Corey is an awesome trainer. First off he asked me what my goals were and when I wanted to reach them. At first I just wanted to drop a few pounds, but then I had to change that to prep for a physical exam for a couple different police departments I was applying for. Corey didn't miss a beat and engineered a plan that not only helped me accomplish my original goal, but got me ready for my employment placement tests. Another great thing about Corey is that he gets to know your personality. I am a bit of a tomboy and really like the outdoors-I hate treadmills or any machinery that doesn't let me move out. Corey encouraged my love of hiking and incorporated that into our workout plan and after a few weeks of circuit training, he introduced me to boxing (which I have come to LOVE). His process works! All the exercises we did during circuit training came together in the boxing lessons and I was thrilled! Corey listens to his clients, gets to know them and works with them towards their goals in a way that is both fun and effective! I don't hate exercising anymore! Thanks Corey!

I've been training with Joe for a little over 2 months, and I train with him twice a week. Joe is GREAT! What I like about him is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. He is outcome focused, and I've been able to see continual improvement from my sessions. He always ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a personal trainer, then Joe is the man for you. I've been training with Steve at his home gym for the past few weeks and he has been great to work with. His exercises are always varied so I don't get bored. I'm already seeing more definition in my arms and legs, and my core is getting stronger too. Aside from that he's just a nice guy that loves his job so it's easy to look forward to training sessions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's on the fence about personal training sessions! Just do it, it's worth it!
My personal training experience with Jason Fox consists of three-days a week of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. Jason is very flexible and communicates in advance regarding any schedule conflictions or need to re-schedule a training session. Thus far, I have lost a total of 8 pounds since working with Jason the first week of January until now, and have received much counsel to help support my weight loss outside of session (eg: Food choices, suggested water intake, vitamin supplements, etc.) . In addition, Jason is a very charismatic trainer and pushes me to be a healthier version of myself without over exhausting my limitations (eg: asthma, weak wrists, etc.). I am comfortable in knowing that I will be pushed each week to exceed my performance of the week, and am constantly encouraged throughout my sessions when I want to give up on a workout component. Overall, I am very pleased with my personal training with Jason Fox and would recommend him to anyone looking to be mentally and physically supported in your journey to become a healthier version of yourself.

I have been training with Colette for the past 8 months. I decided I want to train for a figure competition but needed to lose body fat and develop some lean muscles. She provided me with a diet plan and overall way to change my eating habits that worked for my lifestyle and I could eventually mange on my own with occasional tune ups. She also educated me on weight training ( showed me lifting heavy will make me leaner not bulky - a concern of mine) I have been able to drop 17 lbs and my muscles are starting to show. Her positive attitude and willingness to adjust my program as required was exactly what I wanted. I am on my way to a lean muscular body!
Training with Dante has been amazing. Not only does he assist with our fitness goals, he also ensures that we eat the right food by providing us custom nutritional plans. He is knowledgeable, motivating, funny, and most importantly, he makes working out enjoyable. We always have a good time there. Phoenix Training is really great. I was skinny but too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. I had Heather as my personal trainer and have I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I first started training with Dino back in 2008. It was a X-Mas gift my wife bought me for a 3 months session. I was a 43yr old man out of shape and hunched over. It's always tough to get started with exercising. I didn't want to go but figured I better since my wife paid for it. Well, after a month, I was hooked. Dino's close attention to how my body responds to certain workouts plus putting me on a workout diet I lost 10lbs in a month. I'm now a 49yr old man still working with Dino. I'm in the best shape of my life. I can't thank Dino enough for all his hard work.
Neil is a great instructor, he keeps things interesting and new. I feel that I'm getting a great overall workout. He incorporates weights, strength training, yoga and cardio. It'a like having a personal trainer 3 times a week! I highly recommend Neil to help you reach your fitness goals. My daughter has been using Gymguyz over the past three weeks. From the start, Nigel and Kat (my daughter's trainer) were very responsive and designed a workout plan that specifically met her needs, especially since she has only a short time at home between semesters. Kat has been very flexible with her schedule and has been a terrific resource for my daughter. We were so impressed that we ordered a larger package after the initial round of workouts. I would readily recommend them for anyone who wants flexibility of working out at home and one-on-one personal training.
My trainer gave me the best possible experience personal training could ever offer . Time after time he continued to impress me with his exercises that he helped walk me through. i value the extra time and effort he put into focusing my workouts and helping me as I asked questions and helped me get it right . His personality and inspiring attitude is what something I will never forget . I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally.
