We provide flat-rate proposals based on your facility’s size, cleaning frequency, and specific needs. Your proposal outlines the included tasks and schedule so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Specialty work and consumable supplies are identified separately when applicable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about your facility, priorities, and what you need to improve. Next, we schedule a walkthrough and prepare a proposal with a clear cleaning scope and schedule. Before service begins, we coordinate access, site instructions, and communication contacts. Once underway, routine inspections and follow-up help keep service aligned with your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder brings Marine Corps experience and a background leading operations in automotive and aerospace manufacturing. That experience shapes how we manage our cleaning service: clear work instructions, organized staffing, quality checks, and accountability. We apply those principles to the day-to-day care of commercial facilities.
