I had a great experience working with Apex Plumbing, specifically with Nick and his assistant Shawn. We had a leak in the main pipe running from the water meter to the house — a pretty important line — and Nick handled it with total professionalism. He took the time to inspect the issue thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done before starting the work. Nick wasn’t just knowledgeable — he was also super friendly, on time, and very easy to communicate with. He never tried to upsell or push any unnecessary fixes. In fact, he offered a solid, long-term solution instead of taking shortcuts, which I really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job right. Shawn was also great — helpful and hands-on throughout the process. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work they delivered, and I felt confident that the job was done properly and won’t cause problems down the line. It’s hard to find people who are both skilled and honest these days, but Nick and the Apex Plumbing team definitely fit the bill. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done the right way.
