I arrived home to a busted hot water heater, I had no idea what to do,I didn't know how to turn my water off. A neighbor recommended M&M plumbing. I spoke with Mr. Morgan on the phone told him what was happening at the moment. Mr. Morgan informed me that he was on another job but he would be right over after. Mr. Morgan arrived to my home at 7 PM assess the situation and fit me into his schedule for the next day. He and his team arrived bright and early And changed out my water heater they also loved my old water heater away. The best part was I did not have to sell any organs on the black market the price was great For an emergency situation.

He did a great job, but he explains things way too much and I have no idea what he is talking about. I needed a corner shower replaced, and found out the sub floor needed to be replaced. I did not need a detailed explaination of what he had to do step by step. He also seemed more preoccupied with another project he had to do and arrived late. Instead of texting, when I said I was unable to talk on the phone, he just kept calling and calling. I finally had to text him to ask him to text me. After he finished, he kapt trying to come back to check on things. He also ruined a bucket that was not his and was upset I asked him to replace it. He does good work, but I am not going to hire him again.

I explained that all of the floor was dry rotted I just wanted to explain to JON what needed done , so he had a full understanding. I have a company where I have inspections , and told I explained to Jon about that . Jon said that was not a problem. As far as calling him , He never said to text him , unless he was in a meeting. The bucket that I used, I did replace and there was nothing wrong with the bucket ,it was a Home Depot bucket. I was not upset about replacing the bucket . The tenant continuously use the shower. The caulk has to dry . I was making sure that everything dried , , so they didn’t have any more dry rot or mold ,and which they let the tenant live in the whole time she has been there. Black mold is toxic and can cause respiratory issues and get you sick. I would also not work with this customer again. They did not have the money to complete the job . JON is leaving a bear subfloor for the customer to walk on and also not tearing out the rest of the mold issue. I pride myself in completing jobs on time as well as completely being on time . My motto is quality craftsmanship for a reasonable price.
