Chris diagnosed and fixed our dryer within a few days of our contacting Wave Appliance. The problem was more complicated than originally expected but he did a very thorough job and did not charge us more than the original estimate. Kept us informed of his progress throughout the repair work. The dryer we’ve had for years is working like new! I’d hire Wave Appliance again if we needed anything else!

Wave promptly responded, came out next day in the time frame they designated. The serviceman was professional and highly competent. He diagnosed the issue, came back the following day and repaired our older HVAC system. It’s now up and running properly again and at what was a reasonable price especially given they fixed it in just a couple days from our initial contact. Thank you!!

Chris came within hours, diagnosed the problem with an older microwave oven--persisted with part availability until he got the right one--fixed it and then moved on to refrigerator, diagnosed the problem quickly--did a very thorough maintenance service on whole refrigerator and fixed the problem. I would have him back for any future service--very professional and presents himself well--overall got more than I asked for but certainly needed it.
