- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin with a free phone consultation, which can often times resolve most issues. Private lessons are $160.00 per lesson if you choose to move forward, each lesson lasting up to one hour. In most circumstances I recommend weekly lessons, so that progress can be accurately measured and any backslide quickly addressed. Board and train services are $3,000.00 for two weeks of boarding, and include 8 free follow-up private lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free phone consultation, to establish your training goals and determine the appropriate course of action. There are many cases where this resolves all issues and no follow-up is necessary, for example with basic housebreaking or minor routine adjustments. Issues such as reactivity and loose leash walking, for example, generally require weekly follow-up lessons to ensure that all details are in place. Time until completion varies greatly depending on goals and circumstance, but the primary factor will be your consistency and repetition between lessons.
