- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum service fee of $129, covering a comprehensive maintenance and inspection of both the door and motor. This fee also includes minor repairs such as safety sensor realignment and reprogramming customer existing remotes or keypads. Once the specific issue is identified, charges are based solely on the agreed-upon repair, and in such cases, the service fee is waived and included as part of the agreed-upon repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the customer to gather a concise description of their issue, request photos if available, collect info such as name, address, and contact number, and then arrange an at home appointment. If the customer is aware of a specific issue, we can provide pricing details over the phone of the anticipated repair cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the garage door industry for 7+ years working on all types of residential projects. I worked for a big name corporate company out of Solano county for 6.5 of those years.
