Steve was prompt coming in just under 1.5 hrs. after we agreed to the quote. Our old fuse box with knob & tube had some worn cloth wires. He did not consider them to be a safety hazard. They can be disregarded if you rewire the entire house with new circuit breakers. Although it is costly(3.4k), he explains that his fee would be much more affordable than others. (We were not charged more than the listed 99 although the job lasted more than an hour.) My mother was pleased with that and her home was lit up again(after being alone in the dark the night before). Steve was a professional who was informed enough to have answered all of our questions.

Steve did good work on a budget. Very happy with the end results. We replaced hinges and fixed stripped threads in a heavy duty wood door.

Steve did some electrical work at my home, he did everything we wanted. He is a great value and we had him work on other projects we needed done around our home. Saved us $$$$ if we had to have someone do each job. Work was great and I will always call him in the future.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very fair pricing and I’ll meet or beat anyone elses written estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally it’s a phone call or an email. I like to then meet at their house or business so I can See what exactly the project entails. Take any measurements needed and provide an accurate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent every summer growing up working for my father. He didn’t pay me much, but I learned a lot. He told me to pursue whatever I wanted to in life, but if I knew the trades I would always had something to fall back on that will feed me and keep a roof over my head. That was great advice, considering I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with its cost-of-living.
