The quality of cleaning was very low. 1 of the guys who came was very dis-interested and did not care about cleaning. They did very superficial cleaning for $200. They completed cleaning a 3bedroom/4bathroom house in 1hour 15minutes.

Arrived on time Fast cleaners But too fast. Superficial cleaning for $152 small house. Seemed like “lease effort to make client happy” instead of “overdeliver”.
Oct 2, 2019VerifiedExceptional Cleaning Pros's replyHi Neema the cleaners were in the house for 2 1/2 hours which is the normal time frame for the size house that you have. ?They also did a walk-through with you afterwords and you were thankful and said that they did a good job. you also pointed out a couple of extra things that was requested that were not covered in a standard cleaning and they went over that with you and you agreed and said that you understood the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning. It was your first time . The piles of clothes unfortunately, cleaners are not suppose to sort through and put up with a standard cleaning. we sincerely apologize that you were not happy with the timeframe that thry were there however 2 1/2 hours is typical for a small home like yours. Especially with 2 pro cleaners present . The cleaners also did a lad of dishes to help accommodate your concerns .

The crew were really friendly and gave good advice/tips on house cleaning. They also informed me of repair/house issues I may have missed that needs to be taken cared of (clogged sinks, etc)

Pretty good, my only nitpick: they didn't clean all the drawers for the move-out clean. They were available on short notice and the rest of the house was perfectly clean.

House Cleaning
Workers were efficient and friendly. They were punctual and immediately asked which were my most important priority focus items so that I could pay additional attention to them. My house/apartment is not small and it took them almost 3 hours and it rains great to come home to a nice smelling clean house. I’ve been able to maintain it since they’ve cleaned it.
