I think they did a great job. They we're responsive and adjusted as my schedule adjusted. They we're efficient in getting the job done. I would use them again for carpet cleaning.

From start to finish, these guys were extremely easy to work with. The appointment was easy to schedule through the app and they responded to all messages very quickly. They sent two very nice, courteous, and hardworking people to do the cleaning. They worked hard and did a very good job. They were very friendly and offered me so many times to look in each area to make sure I was completely satisfied before they moved on to the next area. They didn’t come across as workers. They treated me like family. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Workers were efficient and friendly. They were punctual and immediately asked which were my most important priority focus items so that I could pay additional attention to them. My house/apartment is not small and it took them almost 3 hours and it rains great to come home to a nice smelling clean house. I’ve been able to maintain it since they’ve cleaned it.

I needed a last minute appointment to do a light cleaning service today and they were so quick to respond and were able to squeeze me in. So i had to do a review because of the outcome! They did an amazing job better than other cleaning services I have contacted prior to this service. And were punctual. I am more than satisfied with my service and will be going back to them next month! Thanks Exceptional Cleaning Pros!

Cleaners did a great job on a deep clean. We have lots of dog hair, took a bit longer than expected, but definitely worth it. Will be setting up monthly service.
