- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable and fair. We customize our work to fit your budget. We also have a $75 cancelation fee for same day cancelations. If you cancel on us, it just means we lost a chance of earning someone else's business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the business owner I will personally go out and clean the home. I like to introduce myself and get familiar with the Homeowner to make sure my team is attentive to specific areas or details requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Ortega's Cleaning Services we have over 10 years of experience with Residential, Luxury Estates and office cleaning.
