We forgot to schedule move our cleaning, Noemi took my last minute same day request. Brought her husband, the apartment is cleaner than we started with. I cannt say thank you enough for her help. It would take days but she completed it in two hours.

Ortega's Cleaning Service was very professional. Arrived on time, did an initial inspection and told me exactly what her plan of approach was going to be. She was very thorough, ensuring that everything was up to her standards (and mine) before making sure I was happy with a final review of everything. On top of that, she was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Noemi Ortega Cleaning is a complete service; her professionaliism exceeded my expectations! She arrived early enough to let me know that she was available; I was not. Out of respect, she waited outside until I welcomed her into my home!
I requested her services because I wanted to clean my apartment before I moved out. Intrigued by her business summary, I requested to know how she assesses how a manager may review each room within the apartment as I move out. Noemi succinctly detailed how proper cleaning techniques can show how I take care of someone else's property.
The live in manager that I have known for three years walked through the entire apartment in ten minutes. His attention to detail is consumate. He found nothing wrong. Contrast that to a year ago, when I moved within the community. Nothing I did was sufficient.
Noemi has allowed me to take care of my apartment so that I may move out with respect of the management that exceeds how I began with them. My utmost gratitude to Noemi and her mother-in-law; what an excellent team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable and fair. We customize our work to fit your budget. We also have a $75 cancelation fee for same day cancelations. If you cancel on us, it just means we lost a chance of earning someone else's business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the business owner I will personally go out and clean the home. I like to introduce myself and get familiar with the Homeowner to make sure my team is attentive to specific areas or details requested.

At Ortega's Cleaning Services we have over 10 years of experience with Residential, Luxury Estates and office cleaning.
