We had our sofa and loveseat steamed cleaned. Fred was on time, and he was very friendly and helpful. He answered our questions about the concern we had cleaning microfiber. The only thing that would have improved the service would have been to vacuum under the cushions. Thank you Fred! Mario and Linda

After hiring and being unimpressed by a carpet cleaner for my household I decided to call Fred. The previous cleaner brought a small machine and was done very quick, which made me hesitant. After the first cleaner left I noticed much of the carpet was still dirty and it did not have the look or feel that I was hoping for. Fred assured me his service would provide different results as he works from a van set-up with vacuum hoses to really get the deep clean feel I wanted. Fred was prompt, worked effeciently, and was easy to deal with - which made the process simple and smooth. I have since recommended him to a couple of my friends who were looking for carpet cleaning for their business and they are very impressed as well.

For carpet cleaning, usually about .21 PSF & $65 for stairs. Sofa loveseat about $170. Tile & grout cleaning .40 PSF. These are ballpark estimates.
