I was very pleased at the same day response of Mr. Watkins to my Sunday 6/29 urgent post on Thumbtack to several carpetcleaning Co's near my Dad in Menifee, CA. We spoke & he was very professional & nice. My relatives, who had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Watkins, said the same & that he did a great job on my Dad's extremely soiled carpets for a reasonable price.

I have a guest room that one of my dogs used to sneak and pee in when we first moved in all the time. My own regular carpet shampooer never got the smell out no matter how many times I did it. I decided to finally get a steam clean and found Bernard. He came out the very next morning, on a SUNDAY, and did all my carpeted areas for me; they look GREAT! I waited to review because although they looked brand new, I could still smell the pee and I thought I just had to suck it up and replace the carpet. As of yesterday, 5 days later, the smell is FINALLY completely gone and it smells like a brand new room. I couldn’t be happier.
On top of that, let me just say that Bernard is one of the sweetest, most professional and down to earth contractors you could ever have in your home. He was SO nice I made him a brisket sandwich just to keep him around a little bit longer. Great guy, fair price, wonderful job!

Bernard did a great job on my carpets. My carpets had some stains that I thought was going to be impossible to remove, and now they are all gone. Bernard was very responsive, very reasonable as far as pricing and professional. I would definitely recommend him.
