I couldn't get windows back on my laptop because my discs are DVD and the dvd player stopped working and one of the discs was went bad. Erik was very nice and helpful. He tried to help me over the phone first, and when that didn't work he came over and helped me. It could be uncomfortable at times with a stranger in your house working on something. But he is a very cool and nice guy, it was comfortable from the start. He stayed for at least a couple hours, and decided he should take it home to figure it out. He only had it a few days but only because he needed my flash drive and our schedules didn't work out. He would have gotten it done the next day. Thanks Erik. Great job. I would definitely call him again.

I was getting the blue screen of death on an old computer, Erik helped identify the issues. I had Erik transfer the data from my old computer to my new computer. Erik did a great job, was very knowledgable, and communicated the time frame of the repairs very well. I will be using his services again.

After downloading the free Windows 10 upgrade, my laptop will not boot up and displays grey screen; after contacting Microsoft Support & Dell Support, my computer (Dell Inspiron 15R N5110) was not compatible with Windows 10. Erik fixed my computer, in two hours, back to running Windows 7 Home Premium. The scary thing is I got a 'pop up' message from Microsoft, that Windows 10 free upgrade is scheduled in 3 hrs. today, I immediately cancelled it. Note the free upgrade to Windows 10 expires in July 2016

I always will work with my clients to give the most fair price possible and do consider discount pricing for Military, Dis-Abled and just regular people going through hard times. Give me a try and you'll see how giving I am.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always taking new certifications on the latest computers that are released all year long. I have to be certified on every Dell Computer that I work on. Also get certified on every new operating system that is released.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was doing hard labor most of young life and thought about how long I would be able to do back breaking work and decided to go back to school to study computers since I've been using them since 1979 (A Commodore 64)
