Amazing response time, and knew exactly what the problem was based on my description. Had all parts on his truck, and was able to replace my torsion bar, with a new spring quickly! Hopefully I never need to fix my garage door again, but if I do, I’ll be calling him.

ZAAAP fixed our garage door ...was very punctual, available, friendly, honest, more than reasonably priced and quite thorough.
They actually came out the same day and would have fixed it right then and there if they did not need to get parts (they actually tried to, but the springs they had with them could not hold up our very old and super heavy metal door). But they got the parts and were right back out to finish the job exactly on time. Also, regarding honesty, ...the price we were quoted for the job ended up being less as they told us the parts costed less than they anticipated and passed the savings along to us ...we find this kind of honesty a rare and valuable commodity.
It was way faster than we would have expected. We would definitely recommend them for your garage door work.

The cable came off the drum on my garage door, and I thought about fixing it myself, but decided to hire someone. Shawn responded to my request - he is very friendly and knowledgeable, and was even trying to teach me how to fix it myself next time. We both agreed that the springs needed to be replaced as well, so he replaced the springs and cable. He also greased all the necessary parts, and my garage door is now working better than before.
