Jim and his crew did a great job rebuilding our posts for our 20 year old balcony! He was the only one to really respond to me in Thumbtack and came out right away to give us an estimate which was quite reasonable. I waited to get another, but the other contractor was late so I decided to go with Jim’s company, Brea Building and Design after reading his great reviews on the quality and workmanship of his work. It’s true! He does great work, fast and efficiently and at a great cost that is very very reasonable!!! I would highly recommend Jim and his company, Brea Building and Design for your next project that involves wood for sure!!! Jim was very professional. Although he was not the least expensive estimate, his reviews & photos were impressive. Happy I hired him. He did a great job installing two wall air conditioners in my parent's home. I highly recommend Jim. You won't be disappointed.

Jim is currently working on our project. So far so good. He is courteous and punctual and thus far it looks like he is doing high quality work.
