If I could give 10 stars for Ray, I would. Our garage door spring broke late yesterday and we were unable to close our garage door. Ray contacted me immediately through Thumbtqc and offered to come and fix the door within 30 minutes! He came, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. Ray didn’t charge extra fees for spending his evening with us or coming out on a moments notice. His fees were good and we are very grateful for his prompt and professional service.
